Potential Clients
You can access the client portal to schedule/reschedule a free consultation call.
Consultation calls can be via phone or Zoom video. I typically set aside 40 minutes for consultation calls, but the call can be briefer if needed. A longer consultation call does allow us to have a more thorough discussion, and we can ask each other questions to see if it would be a good fit to work together.
Some helpful guiding questions for you to consider for a consultation call:
What questions do I want to ask to see if I want to work with this therapist?
What do I need to feel comfortable and safe in therapy and potentially working with this therapist?
Are there specific identities/experiences (e.g. LGBTQIA, first-generation, etc) that I would like my therapist to have? Does this therapist have those identities/experiences? (It’s okay for you to ask. If I can’t share certain information, I will just let you know)
What do I want to work on in therapy?
Are there any concerns I have about therapy?
What is my schedule availability for therapy?
What would be my payment method for sessions? (Lyra Health Insurance or self-pay are accepted as payment methods)
It’s also okay for you to not know the answers yet to some of these questions. These questions are just meant as a guide to encourage you to consider what you potentially need to feel comfortable working together.
